newb:a preson who is low in level.

i believe whether youre a noob or not is defined by your attitude not your appearance of level. if youre obnoxious, rude, up yourself, or just generally an ars then in my opinion u fit the profile. lol but i dont really like to go around callin people noobs unless its absolutely necessary...like noob eric for example lmao :roll:

As higher lvl people, we should be less concerned about labeling "noobs" than being an example.

situation one: high lvl player (lvl 93) walking through lumbridge and sees llower levels, "Hey its noobville here!! hahahah"
therefore causing the lower lvls to cuss and be mad instead of

situation two: high lvl player walking through lumbridge and welcomes new players and encourages hard work. low lvl players admire him and are less "noobyish"

For me a noob would either be a person from lvl 3-30 who begs for gp and wont leave you alone or someone that lvl that calls you a "noob" when your 56 (or higher) combat lvls ahead of him literally... lolz
