I have no idea whatsoever, but to me its making me think that one place from the Fairy Tale part II, where it teleports you to that place with the centaurs (I think thats what its called...the horse/men dudes...) I dont think its that big though.

Jagex may have been testing or makring a new area and made a map upload for it, then accidentally put that 1 into the game instead of the one that is there now. Cause like snowfox said, theyve fixed it now.
