Lowest Level to get a Fire Cape.

It's true, it's untradeable for a reason. So he couldn't have just went over there to buy it he actually did the whoile thing.

oh, i thought this was just another fancy fancy thread, lol.

it's nice to see some new pures attempting it. there are pure with much better stats that have tremendous difficulty doing it.

fullb blk dragon. glori ranger boots, archers helmet, mage short
rune arropws, 3 prayer pot's. 2 ranger pots's. 2 super def pot's, and rest sharks. I think I could do it wiyth these.

Your going to need more then 3 prayer pots, for sure. It takes a lot of pray to get this thing done.

That's still good. The lowest I had seen with a fire cape before reading this was a 94, so 57 seems amazing.

spiffy, yea it's quite possible to get thru to the jad without taking much damage, even when the mage's and rangers are out together it just takes some practice and manuvering around with the wall outcroppings to get them just where u want them at, and with the low prayer and hp like that hybrid pure has got it probly involved a ton of running around in the cave as well as a few high lvl'd friends supplyin him with the gear for each try. probly took close to 100 attempts b4 he finally got it.

To be honest he probably has a high lvl like 124 account that supplied all the stuff he needed. I'm sure he's had accounts that have gotten the cape before. Really, he had to plan this. You just don't decide one day "hey my guy is the perfect lvl to get a fire cape at the lowest lvl ever." Come on this probably took him months to pull off and he's obviously been working at it for a while.

Theres a vid of it too, you can see some of his strategy, but in some parts hes lucky not to die.

Anyone who says it's easy with 70+ range has never been there. There's wave after wave of range and mage things (the 90s + 360s) hitting you, you have to pray mage, and the range attacks butcher people with 90+ defence. Then, if you manage to survive that, and get to the 702, and manage to get him half dead without messing the prayer switching up and getting 1 hit, his healers come, and you have to get them on you.

So you attack them, and they HURT. People with 99 defence get smacked around by them, so trying to do it with 1 defence is impossible. You can't kill them, because more come, so he had to run around, get them trapped, switch prayers and keep an eye on the 702 at all times.

Sounds 'easy' to me.... :roll:

Maybe hes only trained: magic, atk,str, def, prayer and ranging...or... hes one of runescapes best players!(R.O.F.L)
