New combat skill?

If there is a new combat skill, unless its something REALLY big, it prolly wont effect combat level.

And im not looking forward to summoning, I dont see how it would be useful.. great, I can summon a greater demon, not exactly hard to kill...

Slayer should be a combat skill, the actual skill is learning ways to defeat or defend against specific mosters. Roughly.

I personally think if there is a new skill, if would probably be something no-one would think of. Like psionics or something.

Jagex has obviously thoguht of something that we havent yet. It could be anything. But i do think psionics would be cool. unlikely due to possible 'futuristic-ism' but cool

I remember one day looking back on RS forums, a suggestion for Ninjitsu was suggested and alot of people said it was alright, even a few moderators. So henceforth it was on Jagex's list of things they might consider. Who knows.

But then again, this is gonna be total comic relief for most of us. Imagine, when you're training the new skill, you'll see a level-126 hit tons of 0's with it. This'll be hilarious for most of us if it ever comes out, whatever it is.

I say that there should be no rstrictions on combat levels. Youre attack, strength, defence, magic, ranged, and hits should go as high as you're willing to train them.

i only thought of psionics because it isn't only futuristic. Dungeons and Dragons (that old-fashioned game with the paper) has integrated several incarnations of psionics into its games, some more seamlessly than others.

For people who don't know, Psionics is like magic from pure mental will. Generally associated with the color purple for some odd reason.

Although I agree, ninjutsu would be pretty dam cool too. I was once very active in a thread about this suggestion in the official forums.

That's the wikipedia search for psionics. Keep in mind that there are two or three distinct types of article in that: Starcraft related, D&D related, and people who think its real. Be cautious when dealing with the latter, they tend to get defensive (no offense intended to them).

But I'm not obsessed with psionics, my idea was just that I think it will be something obscure, that nobody else would think of. At least not without thinking hard.

Potential problems with psionics and ninjutsu, and several other ideas, is that they require no equipment, so it would p.o. the p.k.ers

why do people allways go with comman sence, jagex never took out somthing that most people thought of, they always make new things that people never sow or thought about befor.

This is what i think will be new combat skill, Do you remember the thress colored eggs, Red,, Blue,and green?

Well this is what i think MIGHT happend, I think the new combat skill wil be developing an combat animal, the eggs will be used to get a babe dragon, you will be able to get it from lvl 1 to lvl 50, the baby will only grow 1 lvl up every 3 of ours lvl, so when we get lvl 99 monster tranining the baby will be lvl 50 dragon, max lvl.

The althought the monster can be used to help you attk other monsters and even go to the extrim and help you own your friends in the wild.

Your monster can look HP like you but unlike that it will only have 1 skill not like us (only monster traning, no attk,str,def etc..)

If you die, for example in the wild your monster will still fight aginst the other guy unless you teled or u put it in your inventory.

If your monster is low on hp you can feed it food just like how we eat, it will heal the same way it heal us, cakes-12, sharks-20.

If your monster die then it will be teleport to you bank will refill of full health.

Also please note that i said monster not baby dragon, because you can only train diffrent monster at diffrent lvl. you will be able to get a monster by ether cutching them in diffrent new places in the wild and in islands or by buying them from the HQ in the ardougne zoo.

i don't think that skill where u can summon stuff will be called summoning, it will be callen necromancing
like that wizard near falador, he's a necromancer
