The jagex staff decided the other night to ban Me (Dice Master0), My best friend (Pur3laugh), and his brother (cutie1212) because we knew some people who hacked a member of the Gladz clan. I somehow got my account unbanned, but Pur3laugh did not. He is a level 96 with a green party hat, whip, and dharok legs. How are you supposed to remember such things as your very first password, first recoveries, and billing info from up to 2 years ago? I do not understand the jagex staffs actions and wish i could actually talk to someone from Jagex instead of Automated messages sent to my Runescape Inbox. If anyone has any ideas on how to get Pur3laugh's Account unbanned Pleeeaseee post them here!

try to send them a letter or try to speak them in the customers staf

He did that 4-5 Times already all he gets is a automated message saying that he needs his first password and first recoveries to get it back.. After 3 years of game-play how is it possible to remember such things? I am totally shocked to see this happen.

Thats what you get for supporting hackers. Don't give me any "we didn't" cause YOU did. You knew the person who did it and said nothing.

im with Jeff..for people that support hackers and hacking and the like i have no simpathy..you get yourselves into messes so im sure you can get yourself out. i spose theres a lesson to be learnt here hmm?
