Mod Emilee said there was a glitch with the cape emote, so they made something different or worse.

Yeah plus Im not the only one with it who hates the new emote. Im sure the majority of us are just the people with the cape and there already is a petition for change that someone else started, plus there are non 99 summers out there who hate it as well. You would too if u see what it looks like now :< lol.

So hopefully u guys witness what im talking about soon!
