basically item that cant be placed in trade inventory it will just say@this item is non-tradeable

I'm sure many of us thought we could drop an item and everyone could see it even if it was untradeable at one point. No where does Jagex say it's not the case so you can easily be confused if you're new. It is un*trade*able after all, not undropable.
Jagex should probably replace the drop option on all untradeable items with destroy tbh.

no just incase u want it but accidently click destroy, but maybe it could have a second screen to confirm this...

All destroy items do have a confirmation screen.

Unfortunately some people in the game do use it as a term of offense. Noobs/newbies need help occasionally to do things but there is such a thing as becoming an irritant. There is only so much 'how do you...' you can take from any single player. That's why most of the time I have the public conversation turned off or I ignore it. I've lost count of the number of times I've been called noob or other terms just because I wouldn't sell an irritant food or show them how to do something for the fifth or sixth time. There is such a thing as trial and error, learning by your mistakes often makes you a better player but it doesn't always make you a push over!

You're right, an untradeable item owned by you can only be seen/used by you. I think so many newbs don't understand this is because it doesn't say "Undroppable," lol...

This is true, except I dropped steel gauntlets in Varrock square on world 1, where there were a lot of lower levels, and it was there until it disappeared and nobody picked it up at all!
