okay for the slayer helment you need 1 slayer to wear but you need 35 slayer for smoking kils so this is really confusing cause it makes me want to buy the helment but i cant cause its nontradeable

You should really need 65 slayer for the helmet as it includes the facemask. :s

You want to buy it but it's nontradeble and I guess you don't want to do the quest?
I don't really see what your new idea for runescape is.

Is it make the helm tradeble? I think that's a bad idea since it's a helm for master SLAYERS meaning they would actually have to do slayer to get the mask.
If it was tradeble all theze people who don't care about the best skill (slayer) would buy the mask and we can't have that.

I think like for things that need 1 of a skill it shouldn't say what level you need to use it. Everyone would figure out it's 1.

It's just a mistake by Jagex, considering you can't even get the helm till after the quest which would mean you have at least 35 Slayer. Non-tradeable, but you're correct in your reasoning.
