Merchanting.

I was thinking of trying Merchanting to get a little cash and was wondering if anyone here was good at it and could give me some pointers on what's good to buy and sell right now. I was thinking of either Steel or Silver Bars.

another good way of merchanting, is merchanting runes, like chaos, or deaths

buy them from the shops, hop worlds, and buy more... repeat until you are EXTREMELY BORED, or spent all of your cash, then sell them for more money.

you gain a little amount, but if you get alot of runes, people will buy for more each.

i would ( if ur range is high enough) go into the ranging guild buy all the iron arrows switch worlds and do that a couple times then sell them to anyone works good for me

barrows isn't that good unless u have someone that ur buying from thats a friend, cause most barrows prices vary quite offen, and most u can only buy/sell for one price

what do you buy for? last time i did it i bought for 1.8 and sold for 2, slow money tho

Yes, I would go with runes, I have done this before and made a decent proffit. If you can get into the mages guild, buy them there. If not I have had luck using the magic shop in Void Knights Outpost, surprisingly!

spin 3K bs and sell for 160K per 1K, then start buyin bs for 150K and reseell for 165K can be slow money but it works for me sortof lol

Usually I'd buy about 10k death runes on the Void Knight store, then sell back for mad profit.

Also, if you want to risk getting carpal tunnel for massive profit, go bronze arrows.

Buy them for 1-6 gp each at Ardounge general store, sell them back at 15-20 gp each. Usually I buy about 100k-200k arrows.

Remember, if you want to make profit, make huge profits! Buy all you can, profit is guaranteed.

I merch sharks

i've made 10m in 1 week

If you stand around in world 18 edgeville, people sell sharks from 850-1k

so buy for 900 or less, and sell for 1k

huge market for sharks

another thing that helps, is by going to the fishing guild and finding people that are willing to sell sharks for 900 ea only to you, that way you dont have to worry too much about who you're going to be buying sharks from next.

one thing you have to look out for if you're going to merch sharks is scammers.
People put up 200k, you put up 200 sharks, and then they reduce it to 20k, or 2004 gp

While standing in edgeville typing 'selling sharks 1k ea (your name here)'
put your public chat on hide, that way you can see the 'bob wishes to trade with you' easier

while you're advertising your sharks, look around for people selling sharks, or items less than the CMV (current market value) such as d scims for 90k (buy and then sell for 100k)

do this, and you'll be very rich very fast.

however.. you won't notice a huge profit until you've passed the 1m mark.
