Going off of trekkie's post, I could use some new parts. Namely, I could probably use a new graphics card. Maybe some more RAM. Here are some of the current specs:

OS
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
CPU
Intel® Core™ i7-2600 Processor
Graphics Card
AMD Radeon HD 6450 - 1GB
RAM
4 GB x2 DDR3-1600

Namely, I'm looking for a good graphics card. Something pretty good, but not necessarily top of the line. Price range I can probably go between $100-$200. Brand isn't too important to me, although something reliable and well known is what I usually go with. I think I'll be keeping this computer for a while (it's only 3 years old now and it'll probably just need a Windows update). I don't know if I need more ram beyond the 8 gb I have.

Anyways, thoughts and advice would be great.

Check this list: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gam ... d-review,3107-7.html

They are all organized by relative power between the brands, and you just need to go low enough to hit your $200 price point. Newegg has R9 280X (equivalent to a 7970) for a tiny bit over ($205), otherwise you have 280 as an option. Unfortunately, all the equivalent nVidia cards seem to be much more expensive.

Also, 4GB RAM? Download some more RAM. You really need a RAM upgrade too.

I can maybe go over $200 if the card will last me a while. And it's 4GB x 2 = 8GB. It's 2 4GB sticks. Sorry if that wasn't clear. I also still need a headset. Looking for any advice on that.
