I just got this cheap ATX MS-6399 ceap motherboard with a Intel P4 1.7 Ghz for about 100 bucks. But it's missing a user manual. Anyone have one of these?

Also, about my PC case, anyone know where the frontend audio and mic goes on the motherboard? I'm missing the manual so I need help on that also.

I'll get more information on the motherboard plugs and case when I get home, possibly a picture of my motherboard and Case.

Hmm ok, well first off, try searching for the manufactuar on the internet.. Find a website, and see if you can find any manuals online, also google the name of the motherboard..

If not try looking for toll free numbers (the 1-800 ones :) and give them a call when your back in the U.S.

But your best bet is the internet.. You can find tons of stuff on their for motherboards.. Whether its layouts describing each individual part etc. Hope this helps.

Yea, did all that. No results on Google and the official site. MS is actually a Taiwan company you know? I'm going to call them later when they are starting to work.
Oh, it's a Intel Pentium4 Socket845.

Well if it helps the mobo is actually MSI not MS whom I'm unaware of(unless I'm well wrong). The manufacturer is Microstar and its a socket 478 not 845, the chipset is intel 845 (insert copyright chr as required).

MSI 's comparison table shows the market name as 850 pro:

http://www.msi.com.tw/html/products/mai ... arison.pdf

Gotta go now sorry, look heres a link to my site that will help identify the mobo's manufacturer and not just the box it came in - ie it may say jims mobo on the box but jiims company never made it. Although this shuudnt matter the manfr may b able to give u a pionter (hope u undrstand as i'm in a rush now)
