Why can we only post Attachments and delete posts in the off-topic forums?

If I donate 5€, will I get the rank permanently?

Pretty sure you can delete your own post anywhere as long as it is the last post in the topic - i.e. someone has not posted after you yet.

As for posting attachments, I just went to one of the RuneScape forums and the attachment thing was there. Unless you mean you get an error trying to upload a supported file type in the other sections of the forums or something

Normal users (IE anyone who isn't a moderator of a specific forum) can only delete posts if they're deleting the last post in the thread, just as Warren pointed out.

Supported file types for upload are mainly just pictures. Zip, exe, dll, etc, are not allowed.
