Construction Calc, Stat sigs, and Goal Sigs

With the addition of the Construction skill today, we have have added the construction calculator, construction ready stat signature designs, and construction goal signatures. You can access them at the usual place.

Also watch in the coming days for some new sig designs.

I heard the new update after the POH update lowerd the xp, is this true or are the calcs all ready set for that?
