Psycho Chicken-The Fools (I think Poison sang this on the Update ages ago :o) Parody of Psycho Killer by the Talking Heads

Most stuff by Weird Al is great. Lonely Island is decent. Joe Lajoie is pretty funny, but in a crude way. Anyways, I've seen quite a few parodies and I know there are many more out there that are great and haven't seen yet. By far, Weird Al is my favorite.
