Myself and Ryan have formulated a new game for the Forum Games forum. Basically the aim is to create a story, using sentences that each contain a band name. You must make your band name in bold/different colour/underlined etc to make it stand out incase people haven't heard of the band.
Here is an example Ryan and came up with spontaneously on msn:
a small boy asked his friend where the sweet shop was the boy replied 'Between The Buried And Me'. With some confusion the small boy asked 'is that next to the Dream Theater?'. 'Of course not', his friend replied 'it is but 3 doors down from the Two Door Cinema Club, but 4 up from the Fear Factory.'
A pretty poor example but it demonstrates the basic premise of the idea. I'll do my best to update the page everyday with the complete story in the first post.
I'll start:
Gareth the squid was usually a perky fellow. But today he was sad, for he had to go to the Funeral Of A Friend. "I wonder if I made my mark on the world," I thought, As I Lay Dying.
