19 january 2006 - Over 15000 RuneScape accounts banned

We will not let cheats spoil our game for everyone else. It's just not fair on our millions of legitimate players to let a selfish few try and spoil the game for everyone else.

Wewt... now the cheaters are going to be working on something new...

It's good in the short term.. but its only logical that these people are going to 'try' to make soemthing more complex, and less detectable..

Its good if they really can detect chaeters "VERY easily".

They finally did it. It's a good move from Jagex, and if autoers just keep inventing stuff, Jagex will too, they aren't stupid you know?
