Yes it is. You had the smallest membership growth you've ever had last year. Thats because you're doing a crap job. All these incentives to encourage members and get new members serve no purpose other than to put people off.
Don't believe for a second there not having an effect on them either. They own a majority stake. You need to produce results to make them happy otherwise they give you the boot and find someone else.
