if i were u id keep trainin on those gouls till u get around 60 def, then kill daganoths. they r good cus they RANGE so they keep hittin 0's and they r lvl 74 and there is lots of em (there is also lvl 92's there that mellee so if they attack u either run or stop kilin a 74 and kill the 92). u may wanna know that u gotta do horror from the deep b4 u kill daganoths

another way of trainin (i do this 4 ranged but lots of ppl mellee here) is kilin lvl 63 ogres in the basement of the chaos druid tower just north of falador

mossies r also good. either in varok sewers or just east of the baxtorian falls

i hope these help u, they r the only things i train on (sumtimes fire giants aswell, but thats cus i own em)

I had the same problem with wondering what to train on. The best answer I got was to do the slayer asignments. You get your slayer up and you can fight some decent monsters that give some decent exp. That is what I am doing and I am only 1 combat lvl higher than you :-)

I would say though that a good defense lvl is recomended for some of the monsters.

Also theres mossys, they've been tried and tested!
