I'd like a sig

yes ive been without one for some time, if someone could make me one i'd be happy to pay 100-200k in rs money, im not fussy on colours but nothing too bright, and including "Mod Brad", some sort of a textured background and no pictures or cartoons on it, and include the quote "strength through knowledge" im not too fussy am i? :lol:
