was that post on the forum? they can trace the ip so easily, and if hes not a member he wouldnt be able to post, i guarantee he cant hack jagex, also, if he is a member, they can trace him through his credit card, though world pay isnt allowed to reveal personal info, for a criminal investigation its ok...infact i believe its mandatory (well with a permit lol, but who would be after him? police? what country??? man internet just makes everything complicated...still love it though
