I think they dont give u MS PAINT

MS paint is the program you have when u install it.. It's called Paint if u go start>Accessories

exactly why i asked the Operating System.. 99% of the time all microsoft operating systems have mspaint already installed..

Usually under start:programs:accessories

or you can search for it on your hard drive using the search program in your start menu

Try GIMP or Serif Photo Plus I think its called. There both free downloads that are just as good as ps.

download photshop!
it gives u great results and is a fairly easy program to use
for free version it is the 30 day trial

i really dont think anything can compare to ps, but still, yes, i started out with paint, then i got ps for free
