Current Epidemic in world 1...

Autoers,website frauds,scammers,yes you may find all of them in world 1,mainly behind Varrock bank.And what does RS do about it?Pretty much nothing at all,it gets worse day by day,you cant even read anything because of the autoers.Its just horrible trying to market off something when you got 20 people saying "Wana type as fast as me?Then visit blah.com"about every 1 second,Jagex needs to send a team of mods over there,im not kidding,its mayhem.I was sitting up at world 1 just reporting people nonstop,it needs to stop.
Whats your opinions?

I put about 5 reports a minute and miss 80% of the other ones it's nuts.

yea its terrible. I suggest that jagex makes player mods for every 20 runescapers.

Actually more like PUT PLAYER MODS ON F2P I only saw 1 in LEWENT's lifetime.

yah i agree, most of the time u see it, but then by the time u see the message and its off the screen u scroll up, see the name, dont get a chance to remember it thouhg, again scroll up, u almost have the name ur just remembering those last couple of numbers then BAM! its cleared from the buffer, i think jagex should block any messages that have tk in them, like the same way they block .com and stuff, i mean .tk is a very popular domain...

the problem is that as many people there are appearing every day, about 1/3rd of the newcommers are only there to start the scamming process. i like the 1 mod per 20 idea..but what needs to be done is more IP bans. this could cause some disruptions in public places..but it would be worth it in the end, as not only would the flow of players drop significantly in worlds 1 and 2, but would prevent alot of scamming. but untill then..there really isnt anything we can do

There are player Mods walking around, usually they don't speak. But not as many in free world as in member.

The problem is it's harder for them to pick f2p player mods, because they think that people who pay to play the game are more dedicated to the game, but that is untrue, there are lots of people who are dedicated to the game but don't have a members account for various reasons.

But I think they believe members are more trustworthy because they have something at stake if they screw up cause they actually put money into the game.

I agree that there should be more player mods in f2p though.

i dont get it, a month ago autotypers were a rare commodity, a little farther back "omg he's going around the filter to say a website!?" it blew people away. even farther back when rs2 just started, autoing for this new game didnt exist in a vast enough quantity to notice it. my point? the game is degrading. corroding over time if you will. jagex needs to take preventive action for the future or we could see a mass party hat dupe (again)

those dam autoers, i dont think 1 of my reports has gone through about them. I think ppl just create new accounts and make them scam; if they actualy get it they just giv it 2 their main...i agree with the IP ban, at least then u cant do what i just outlined..

do this when you want to report somebody, put their name into your friend list and copy from there. or your ignore list since they both do the same thing

If you tell a macro-er you just reported them, they get really defensive and it's pretty funny. That usually only works when there's only a few, but you can still try it with groups. World 1 is out of control.

i agree,they do need to take action in that,i think we should all report this problem on RS main page,send a complaint of the scammers,autoers,and website adverts
maby then,theyll see of how many people hate it if everyone from rsbandb reported them!
