A bad day for me

I just found out I my second account at runescape, kaltblutig, was banned permanently. All my hard work has gone down the drain. But, I think I may get my account back, because about a week and a half ago my account was hacked. The report was from the period I did not have control over my account. So I appealed with that to them.

I was banned unjustly. I think Jagex needs new staff there. They new I was hacked, and they could of just put two and two together, when I was reported for selling accounts during the same time period.

it doesn't mean that account is banned for good, my friend was hacked and banned he appealed and a few weeks later he got his account back, don't lose faith, just appeal appeal appeal :twisted:

ok maybe im missing something, why was the account banned. Because someone hacked it and did something wrong or what?

Someone hacked it and was trying to sell it during the time it was hacked.

I appealed, but I hope they go quicker than a couple weeks. The reason for that is I only have one month of membership left.

kk you were banned justly.. Because jagex cant have a hacked account and someone doing that.. They ban it until you appeal it usually.. Just make sure you tell them what happened ok?. goodluck.
