I have a crappy total lvl but i still have some skills ranked. As you can see i have enough post's so why am i not on RSBANDB HS???
Dear god just tell me why???

There used to be a post requirement, but that was changed a while back in favour of a new system.

Arb, did following the FAQ make it work for you?
