Puzzle Quest

Hey everyone, I'm here to recommend a game to you guys (again).

The game is an Xbox LIVE Arcade game, called "Puzzle Quest". It's a puzzle game, but it's also an RPG. You do quests, gain friends, fight monsters, and more. The way you fight enemies is by using what they call "Mana". There's 4 different types of Mana. Yellow Mana, Red Mana, Blue Mana, and Green Mana. Mana allows you to cast spells. You get Mana by matching three or more Yellow, Blue, Green, or Red Mana Gems together.

There's spells you can unlock to attack your enemy with, but the main way to do damage to them is to use the gems called "Skulls". Skulls are, you guessed it, skulls. There's two different types of skulls, Normal (White) Skulls, and +5 (Black and glowing Red) Skulls. Normal skulls do an average of 5 damage, and +5 Skulls do +5 damage than normal skulls, and they also explode, giving you whatever gem that they blow up into that color of mana, or gold.

Pretty much, you just go around and attack monsters and do quests. There's nothing more than that, really.

There's something called your Citadel, which is a huge castle where you have to buy areas for it, such as a prison, Wizard's Tower, and more. The Prison lets you capture enemies that you've fought more than three times, and you can have them teach you spells, or they can become your mount. The Wizard's Tower allows you to research spells your enemies have used against you, but there's a downside to it, it costs 50% more mana than the enemy has to use. (Which is kinda lame...)

But it is 800 MS Points, and I think it's amazing. It's worth it. There's the trial for the game, and I'd try it to see if you like it.

I've wanted that game since it came out..as Microsoft wont sell 800point cards here I've never had the chance to purchase it. Still refusing to pay out extra on points i wont ever use.

That made me laugh. I'm not *that* tight. See, the problem is Microsoft don't sell 1000 point cards here either, because that would be far to easy - why do that when you can completely **** on someone because you know the majority will go with it anyway?

So if i want that game, it means i have 1300 points that i don't want. So until theres enough arcade games about that i want that add up to roughly that amount of points, they can go to hell. They also don't accept a large amount of credit cards and things either, mostly because they make more from selling these things.

I despise the points system. Sony has the right idea, they accept all major cards and they deal with real world money not this carnival ****.
