And just click download. After you download, go to control pannel and click font. Just simply copy the file in (not zip. file, the file you unzipped) and it'll show up.

About the IVB board, I'm not sure the skin you are using can do it. I personally use PhPBB, so you need to confirm with someone. I've seen ppl do it though.
