I Need Help Realy Bad!!!!!!

My xbox360 hard drive broke and I can't recover my gamertag! Doe's any1 know if I send in my hard drive to microsoft, if they will repair it or be lazy and send me a blank hard drive so I lose my memory permanantly?

They wont send you a new one. Unless you have a special warrenty then you will have to buy a new one.

So you will have to recover your account again, and download everything again. Everything you have already downloaded on that account you will be able to download again for free.

Ya youll have to recover your account, when you go to sign in I think you press Y to recover a gamertag. You'll have to put in all the account info then.

After that anything you downloaded you can re download free, go to the xbox marketplace tab and under account management hit download history then just redownload everything there.

O wow, hmmm. I think you are in a rough position. Try calling Mircosoft and tell them your problem. Only ask for you windows live id. Don't ask for the password and they will more likely give it to you. If they give you the windows live id here is what you can do: (You can tell the guy on the phone taht this is what you are gonna do.)

1) Go to the windows live id sign in.
2) Type in the email address and click forgot password. From here I think you can figure it out.
