As far as I can tell, this is a common problem. Karl was complaining about it on MSN when making a post in the RR, and I have seen it two or three times.

I've no idea what would case it though. The only thing I can think of would be an internet connection error, and that is highly unlikely - especially when it is happening to more than one person.

Possibly an error in PHPBB3?

I've had it before. It might be caused by tags? Or at least the couple of times I had it, I was using lots of tags in my post.

Is there any other information you can give to help debug?

Did it happen again recently?

From what I've found, it can happen if the style files are changed without purging the cache, but the style files haven't been changed recently.

I found something on the phpbb support forums, and it seems that our security settings are interfering with people who have dynamic IPs. I reduced the required IP to validate your session id down to 2 octects instead of 3.

Hopefully that will fix the problem.

There's a unique form token near the bottom of the page html that needs to be sent with forms.
