[Guide] 1-99 hunting guide *Work in progress*

this is my attempt at a 99 hunting guide, i am currently still working on it, and wondering if it looks good, so give me some C&C on it! =) i am going along with it as i level,

To get from 1-9 hunting, go below the varrock museam and talk to the guy, do what he says and take the quiz, Gives you 1000xp in hunting and slaying and its very easy if you read what he says.
1/9=about 15 minutes

There is another way to reach level 9 if you wish to start hunting at level 1, get the supplies below and head to the south past the ogres. there should be some crimsion swifts there, set up your bird snares and repeat till level 9.1/9=about 25 minutes

Heres the picture of where the crimsion swifts are (once again low levels beware of the evil dots.)





Now we need to get to Yanile hunter store, the quickest and easiest way is to get a dueling ring and tele to castle wars, but you can also reach it a
number of ways, i've only shown two on here, but thats more then enough. If you are a low level doing this, beware of the level 52 Ogres.



Once you get to the store you need to buy 2 bird traps, 4 box traps 2 rabbit snares, and if you would like a butterfly net and jars.



Now we need to get to the next hunting area, go to the north west of the gnome strong hold. There are some level 28 hill giants i forgot to include in the map along this path. (if you still have your dueling ring you tele back to cwars, but this will only eliminate a few extra seconds of walking)



Go to the far west area of the woodlands and just set up traps, while your waiting, chase ruby harvests with your butterfly net, and when you hit level 20 SET UP TWO TRAPS!once you reach 27 stop hunting longtails **butterfly tip its easier to catch the butterflys if you use the black back ground to click them9/27=45 minutes to an hour

Now you need to do a quest =(

to do the quest just follow this guide on rune hq27-29 *Quest*= about 25-35 minutes


Now your at level 29, head back to the wood lands and trap ferrets, bring along 4 box traps, and three rabbit snares. using as many traps as you can.
Once your at level 40, move to rabbits, there better xp. flush out the holes using the ferrets you caught. placeing the snares if front of 3 holes BE SURE TO PLACE 3 traps, then flush the holes untill either your snares were sprung and empty or have a rabbit in them Another option if you don't like/get the rabbit deal, is to just stay at ferrets till 43 laying 3 traps. 29/43= 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours


YEAH! now were ready for falconry ;]!!! head east of where we previously spent our time


Falconry is an original idea for a game i think, i find quite fun :O To start just speak to mathailas with 500gold
Now we've got another choice, if you want to start making money, now and forget a little bit of xp, or get the xp first then the money.

The money:start on grey chins at 53 witch sell 290ea
The xp:stay at falcronry untill 55 then go to grey chins, chins go faster at 55

...at 59 i don't recommend going to red sallamanders, they don't sell and they don't stack. chins = more money and xp
