Being monitored by the same hacker as last time. Im scared.

Hi guys,

I have been being watched by the same hacker that got all my stuff last time, this time on both my pure and my main. I logged in today after I got home from school, i was in the first slot in draynor bank with my dragon dagger (P) equipped. This was the first sign of things that something was fishy, afterall, I had just died the night before and lost my full addy and used protect item on my drag dagger (P). How could I be in draynor when I just x'd the window when I got to lumby? I check my bank, nothing was missing, only a couple laws witch i may of used to teleport. I was still nervous and then went to f2p to check out my main, I had been in karjama this morning fishing lobs, I logged in at falador east bank with 23 lobs (i never leave karajama without 26. I took a screenshot of the last person who logged on and its defintly not me. Im scared. Here is the image:

i suggest you message jagex to tempban your account for 2 weeks and then scan your comp for keyloggers , spyware, virusses, worms , etc.

I say you should really scan your comp, since someone is keen on takeing your guy as his own. Change your pass, scan for loggers, and change pass again. IF that dont work, ban ur accounts for 2 weeks, and hopefully he will give up

I hate hackers. What gives them the right to think it's ok to come in and steal somebody's hard work? It's just not fair, and I would know.

You really need to scan..Some antivirus programs can't scan out..
Try a few..

I recommend Spybot Search & Destroy. It's free and effective. Also, do you have a good firewall? I use Zone Alarm, it's free too, and it works great. Any time a program tries to access the internet, it has to go through Zone Alarm first - and it has to get your permission. (Choose between 'This Time Only,' 'Always,' or 'Never.') After that, it remembers which programs you've given internet access to, and doesn't bother you till something new tries to access the net. If Spybot misses any keyloggers, Zone Alarm will tell you when it tries to send info out to the hacker, and give you the name & location of the program.

Oh yeah, one more cool thing - it can trace attempts to hack your computer back to the source. (Gives the IP address, kinda like RS did for you.)

I've been getting hacked by the same guy too. I just wiped out my computer and then downloaded some scan programs but it didn't work. I'm pretty sure my sister got some more programs on my computer. So now to p!ss him off, last night I gave all of my stuff away and I'm gonna start a noob. If he wants that stuff he is free to have it. hehehe

try not to playin school or public places anymore. cuz those ppl dont ever check the computers. i know a guy who puts a whole bunch of keyloggers on school computers cuz he figured out the administrator's password (which BTW about 30% of the school knows it) and put a bunch of keyloggers on them. goes home checks who played rs, go hack ppl to **** em off.

dont play in public places and get firewalls THEY WORK!!!

This sounds like you got problems .
Send mail to jagex and tell what happend with your account and maybe they will help you.

Yeah, he must have a keylogger buried in your comp. Run an antispyware program. If it finds nothing, the keylogger might be undetectable. Just change your pass a lot. I would say at least once weekly. If that doesn't shake him off, I dont' know what to tell you. Also: do you use someting other than the RS client to play from? If so, I suggest you switch to that. I don't trust those swiftswitch and firefox programs.

i used to have this problem when i had just started. just change ur pass 1 time a day for 14 days. in the mean time change ur recovery q's. Also go to microsoft and download the beta. its an anti-spywhere that sweeps better than anything i have ever seen and it is free. gl with this
