I read the announcements but i dont get it

just go to fally and head south along the walls, you'll find the easter bunny. just talk to him and he'll give you a basket. wield it and give eggs to people. then talk to the easter bunny for your reward. you can hand out eggs every 10 minutes but must talk to the bunny after giving out eggs.

also, a person can only carry 4 easter eggs at a time. you can bank it.
