I'm quite fond of this. It reminds me of a sig I made an eternity ago called "Buggin' You"... But did I overdo the border? XD
I also noticed it looks a lot more contrasted on this monitor compared to on my laptop. Hopefully everyone looking at this has a good monitor like this one. :$

It looks perfectly fine on my screen.
To be honest, it looks quite symbolic. The hand and neckles could represent power or determination, possibly.
Excellent border and decent text. I like the border style you've used, and the text blends quite nicely.
Try moving the text upwards 1-2cm and see what it looks like.

When you look at it closely the text does need to be put up abit (good point by Jaden).
I really like the text, although I will have to disagree with Jaden about the border, It is slightly overdone, if you move it towards the sides more it should look fine.

Basically, just move things around a little bit.
