Barrows. Definetly. Slayer can be a pain to even raise to 30, but you'll get some good stuff on the way. Also, do lotta quests. Stuff like Desert Treasure, really challenging but fun.

I suggest you mabe buy a rare, for merchanting. Then wait a while for it to go up, sell it and train your skills.
