The light greyscale makes her face look like it has no dimension and the colours around her sort of bring your eye away from her. Oh wow, I only now just noticed there was text XD Make it stand out. I like the idea (and the title, good job there) but remember that when you use a person in your sig, you mostly want people to look at her and THEN the background, then notice the text. That's sort of a good equation for sigs. This is alright. I told you in another post to "DO MORE STUFF TO HER FACE", so this applies here too. Do stuff to her face.
