i need some help guys, really bad and no i'm not begging

So here's the deal.
My account gets locked because they think someone else has access to my account. Alright, fine.

Virus scan. Nothing. k...
So I don't figure that anyone else does.
Anyway, I go to unlock my account, and put it everything I can answer. Well,
Apparently,
You have to throw in some worldpay agreement numbers and the like, because i pay with a credit card.
Fine with me. They say it's in my email. Go there... do do do do... I have no emails left of that nature.
I supposed I'd deleted them because I thought I would never need them. So here I am.
Stuck. Tried to bill my account again. Can't bill it till it's unlocked. And i can't unlock it until it's billed.
I don't know what to do. I've spent(wasted) so many hours on runescape.. so much fun and entertainment.
Anyone who knows me will know that I'm quite far along, and i don't want all of those hours of my life to go to waste.

So is there anything I can do? Does anyone know how i can contact THEM and tell them my dilemma without an automated response? I mean... They never listen. Should i forget about it altogether? Or can I dig this out of the hole?
I hope I can get some good answers that help me out. Going to post this on Runevillage. as well as Runehq.

not much you can do, tell them about the situation, its not like you got banned for being bad, so they wont totally reject you and ignore you

Don't really know what to say, someone got into my account, while I was trying to log in, so I contacted Jagex can't rememeber how, and had to fill out a form and send it off and they rejecetd it, 3 times. Then I got an adult to do it, and whatever, and they changed the password for me. Luckily nothing was taking, just friends list deleted?

Anywho, I don't really know what to say, try and get in contact with them via the site...?

is it possible for you to wait out the time you have paid for members? so if you have like 24 days of member credit remaining, wqait 24 days and wen it is a nonmember you dont have to pay? if you think wait up to a month is too much, at least you might be able to recover youre account? idk just a possibility good luck with getting it back

Well first thing first...Jagex never e-mails u. Any e-mail that comes to you claiming to be jagex is a fake 4 sure.

You can go to the runescape website and you will find out that jagex never emails u.

You should really set recovery questions on ur account so people posing as jagex can't get to ur account.

Best thing to do is just wait until your acc is unlocked, because they have thousands of complaints/comments everyday..
