That and people don't buy them for their stats. It's a status symbol if you walk around in a partyhat.

I agree with z4ck, now everyone uses a party hat only to show how great they are never really to show that they have the spirit of christmas inside them.

and as for the 0 glitch that was when they weren't high priced to 30mill maybe above that. Not sure when it happend although I've heard of it
