Lets say.. hypothetical situation, Runescape is still going in 15 years when most of us here will be late teens/mid/late twenties, will you still play runescape? Or will you be more concerned with your job/partner/husband/wife and starting a family?

Personally i don't think I'll be playing when I'm that old, but no-one can predict the future.

Oh you will be. The computer administrator at my bros school plays and he is in his forties. His character is also lvl 1700+ with two or three 99 skill I believe. Addiction only goes deeper with age I guess.

Yepp I know about 5-6 people over 30. A few in their 20's. I dont think I'll be playing that long I'll probly stop playing when I'm 17. 18 Max. Cuz I dont want to worry about a game when I'm in college :?

I know one lady who is 34 now and Ive known her for a year now and I have really good conversations with her even though Im 13. She used to play a lot and her husband played and so did some of her children. As times goes on she just doesnt play much. I mean she has a life so she knows that her commitment is to her family, not Runescape. She'll go on if she can and if she cant oh well she'll just wait for another day. I think that by the time I am 16 - 20+ I will have stopped playing. Already now I quit for months on end. If I am still playing when I am that old I will have my priorities. I would much rather have a family then have a lvl 99 everything character. Its just something to think about.

At the moment, out of habit, i go onto rs every now and again just to keep my account alive, and I think i will do for years to come. I keep telling myself i'll go back to playing eventually, and i never do. Maybe i will some day.

It would depend on a couple things. First, there would have to be decent updates in the game to keep me interested in still playing (the same old stuff tends to get old after awhile...). Also, life circumstances that really can't be predicted at this point would affect my playing time as well. Just have to wait and see what happens I suppose.

I'll be 34 then. o.0

Don't see why age will affect if i play a game or not. I might play less sure. I have no intentions of ever stopping till i max out but who knows.

If I barely play in high school, I doubt I will be playing when I'm older.
