Click the long range option when ranging, it gives u ranging experience.

this is how it works

Accurate: if you want to save arrows
Rapid: if you wanna get quick exp
Long range: if you wanna get defense as well

ok my tip... go for 99 mage, 99 defense, and 99 hits... lol jk... if ur f2p, 59 mage is good... stay there and defense should be raised, i dont know how though... i guess ranged is a way.... good luck

Since you said 59 mage is good, why does it have to be 59 mage? any special reason?

Listening to rocket, range is pretty good on training defense, i like the things where you can get xp for 2 or more skills

u shud make it 59 mage so that you can you fire blast, and 30 defence. at 30 defence you can wear addy so you could take full addy armor out into the wildy and if a ranger starts attacking you put it on quick. cus magers get owned by rangers, rangers get owned by warriors, and warriors get owned by magers (i think its somat like that neway). you also need high hits and maybe get ur att up to 40 cus it wudnt effect your combat (then you can wield rune weps if a ranger gets you)... but i am a bit of a noob at pking so i shudnt relly be posting on here lol!

Ok.. Fire blast..But Rangers are the best in P2P..
