I use a number of banks, but I'd have to say the most popular bank I've gone to is the Falador East bank. Basically, it's the center of everything, and good for a number of things like making air runes, re-enchanting glory amulets, retreating from a dangerous encounter, woodcutting yew trees, and farming.
