it would probably be brighter to use them at the combat training camp place with the ogres...they drop herbs and big bones...tons better than just regular bones...and i guess more fun cause there is acutally people to talk to...you can also use a cannon if u r really desperate for ranging xp

I was going to say that - as long as you don't mind losing your arrows. Also i like to range the blues in there (for slayer assignments).

However, if you really like range xp and have the slayer to kill bloodvelds - they deliver more xp per kill than firegiants and a few dragons and are a heck of a lot less dangerous... mind you the drops are not great (rune meds and black boots being rare) they can drop up 3 to 30 bloods... and pays for your arrow loss.

ooo im working on 80 range... but using slayer to do it... so i get 2 skills up ill have to use this later
