I'll be straight I don't care how easy it is to build a pc I'd rather it pre-built. What is something I can get for the best price. I have around 500$ and I'm looking for a nice desktop and monitor for gaming.. I know I'm stubborn but I know nothing on PCs so I would appreciate some help.

Yes. There Are Lots Of Suggestions Available, Such As You Can Purchase Any BenQ or HP Monitor Which Falls Under 300$. You can checkout AOC CQ27G1 monitor or you can also go with Alienware Monitor.
I found one guide on internet. You can refer to that ( https://bestofmonitor.com/gaming-monitors-under-300/ )here. Cheers!

Let's ignore the fact that you 2 are the same person..
I spent about 500 on my desktop 7 years ago and it still works.

Don't know what your resources are.. but I just walked into Walmart and bought the most expensive desktop that they had on the shelf.
Not knowing anything about building my own rig.. I would just end up doing the same again, soon. I'll check out Bestbuy too.
