Horde or Alliance?

Now, before you start, please read this: I have played on both factions for a very large amount of time on each side. Now that that's out of the way...

It's taken a lot of thought, but I have chosen Horde. Horde is so much more mature than Alliance on the Duskwood (US) Server. The Alliance on there is just SO immature, annoying, just everything that a 12 year-old would do if it was his first time on a videogame. You know, spamming, cursing one word at a time, ect.

My current guild that I'm on, <DeathByPancake>, is super friendly and very popular. I make more gold on my Horde character than I do on my Alliance character, believe it or not.

So, what about you? Alliance or Horde?

By the way, my character sheets:
My Undead Rogue
My Night Elf Warrior

When i came to WoW all of my friends were on the alliance so i was kind of obliged to join.
Through arenas and playing both sides I've realized that Alliance has much more players than horde, but are more inexperienced. Horde have a smaller amount of players but are more experienced and higher level.

Cutting to the chase,
if you're going to be looking for help questing a lot I'd say pick alliance.
If you're going to be in arenas a lot go with Horde.

Hope I helped in some way.

I've only played WoW on trials, but I've always picked Horde.

I've always rolled alliance for two major reasons:

1) I prefer alliance zones, horde zones send me to sleep.
2) I think the whole "we're more mature" thing is stupid and don't really want to be playing with people like that. I've yet to ever see one side acting any better than the other. ***** on both sides, on all servers.

this honestly sounds like guild wars with the kurzicks and the luxons.

the kurzicks outnumber the luxons Big time but many of them are complete idiots. anybody in guild wars would agree.

and quite frankly, the top alliances in the game are luxon

Theres is no mature'er one. They both have their respect smarties and retards. IMO if You're more into PvP I think the Horde would be better. If you're more in PvE then Aliiance is much better.

Maturity depends on your server. Means as I am on a PvP realm (Spinebreaker EU), I can't really comment on the Alliance but I can tell you there are way more Horde than Alliance, and amazingly I am yet to meet one immature person.

Proof of your failure. I know this may be just one realm i'm showing you, but it's proof that they are not all the same.

(For anyone that's too lazy to click on the link the faction that dominates are Horde: 12k - Alliance: 2k

Neither.

It doesn't really matter. Like mane people before mentioned both sides have their own retards. The old stereotype which existed in vanilla WoW is that supposely Alliance was more immature because they were more "pretty". The stereotype is now long gone. I've got 65 dwarf paladin (Healzforgold - Hyjal PvE) and a 74 warlock (Benafflock - Illidan PvP) and I must say I have met some great and helpful people on both sides. If you happen to run into some one you don't like which you probably will, you are better off putting them on your ignore. Just join a nice and mature guild by the end game it really doesn't matter since all the immature and irresponsible players don't even make it to the level cap.

Eh. That's heavily dependent on the realm. Most realms have more alliance than horde.

Not to mention the alliance has only 38 uploads of census data in the last 30 days compared to the horde's 154.

Anyway, I think, as others have been saying, that it really doesn't vary a whole lot anymore like it used to. There are complete D-bags on both sides, and there are cool mature people on both sides. You just have to find the cool ones and avoid the tards.

But what did such a Teuton afterwards look like when he had been "improved" and led into a monastery? Like a caricature of a human being, like an abortion: he had become a "sinner," he was in a cage, one had imprisoned him behind nothing but sheer terrifying concepts... There he lay now, sick, miserable, filled with ill-will towards himself; full of hatred for the impulses toward life, full of suspicion of all that was still strong and happy. In short, a "Christian"... - Twighlight of the Idols

HORDE. I started out on the Alliance side, but the Horde has such cooler cities and races.
