I got a new game off of the marketplace on XBL, and its called Kingdom for Keflings. It is a really fun game. Quite difficult, too, but not because of difficulty or anything, it's just hard because of all of the things you have to do at one time.
I'll give a bit of a rundown for you; When you start up the game, you're given a little movie of your avatar (or whatever character you chose to play as) standing out in a grassy area with small things jumping and stuff. They're called Keflings, and they're either very small or you're a giant. Anyway, what you have to do is train them to get supplies, such as cutting trees for wood or planks, mining rocks for stone or brick, and so on. You tell the Keflings to put the supplies after they've gotten them into one of many shops or buildings, and they go back to work. You use the supplies they bring you to make houses, castles, schools, monasteries, etc. It gets quite difficult at doing things sometimes because they don't listen and leave their supplies they get on the ground sometimes, so you have to go pick it up yourself.
I'd say that you try out the game, see if you like it, and if you like it, you should play some online with me.
