The 360 one.
http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=137829&page=2That's about as much proof as you'll get graphically, just seems the PS3 held the 360 back graphically, R* would never of released the games if there was a big noticeable difference. Hardly any difference what so ever.
So BS technical, boring, nerdy crap out the way heres the better reasons:
1)The multiplayer on the PS3 version is done by gamespy. Gamespy are god awful, the online is already broken not sure if they've fixed it yet. Live is a more reliable service. Not to mention theres over 10 million people on Live, more people means more people to play with. Mics are standard with a 360 so you can communicate better (this is often a curse though lol).
2)You can play your own music on the 360 while playing, i dunno why you can't do that on the PS3. I heard it was coming in an update (maybe it's already come? Dunno tbh i could be wrong here.) but Sony has a habit of promising a lot. This has led to your own selection of music but not only that, custom made radio stations:

3) Achievements. Re playability.
4)2 sets of exclusive downloadable content. Yeah, this sets it far out into the lead. Apparently the first set, that's coming in August will last 10 hours. That's not confirmed but I'd imagine these are more expansion packs than anything small, going by how much Microsoft payed for them.
This is still pretty fanboyish, ah well.
