Well you have to explore everywhere, If I remember correctly that is the garden area? Its kinda a confusing area because there are so many tunnels but a lot of ammo and I think you get 3 or 4 plasmids in that area. Also TAKE PICTURES for reasearch of the Houdini Splicers it helps you alot with killing them.
