We had something like this a while back. All you'd have to do is back it up every now and then. And, assuming it is only RSBandB people, then there shouldn't be any griefing at all. I'm pretty sure there are some anti-griefing measures out there for Minecraft.
Just because someone is from RSBandB doesn't mean they won't grief.
