Notice the "Enchantment requires level 60" part. This is to stop so-called "twinks" (low level characters with ultimate gear to pwn in battlegrounds) from being ridiculously superior, as these enchants make these low level items like, 5 times better.

This is definitely a good change if you ask me. :D

Eh, twinking was lame and ruined the battlegrounds for new people who just wanted to try to enjoy them. I'd love nothing more than for twinks to be completely eradicated.

Shame really i hated twinks though heard you only had twink for a week and spent 500g on enches......
