I don't own a PS3 but I'd have to say that MGS4 is probably the best game for the system. MGS has always been a really good series, so you're definitely gonna have to buy that one.

Killzone 2, MGS4, and GT5 are you're best three PS3 exclusives, even if GT5 isn't quite out yet (GT5: Prologue is out).

There's copious amounts of multi platform games available to you on PS3 too, DMC4, Assassin's Creed, BioShock to name a few. The six games I just named are six of the best around.
