Yes there will be online modes, such as Co-op and also a new 'Battle of the Bands' game mode.

im not that up for singing but the no foot petal on the drums is going to rock!!! they better keep ther notes the same though and not like rock bands notes. there guitar notes were horrible also with there hammer-ons and pull-offs
