So lately one of my friends got 1000/1000 on C2:B and I was wondering: Is it really that scary? Okay, yeah sure, Condemned 1 made me crap my pants, but is #2 any worse?

What is the worst part in the game that scared you the most? If it's in a video, can you post it so I can see it?

There really weren't any very scary parts at all in C2. The only "scary" parts were just parts that would make you jump because you were startled.
